Nyree Posted January 3, 2017 Share Posted January 3, 2017 I just started this yesterday jan1st. I'm a triathlete and in decent shape but looking to clean up my diet and improve my overall health. I haven't bought the books yet but have been doing research and have been using Pinterest until I get the books. Day 2 I feel good I've been prepping and planning all weekend. nutsong Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 I also started on January 1st. I hope you are doing well. It is a ton of food prep! This is my second round of the Whole30.
