Started Jan 1st

I just started this yesterday jan1st.  I'm a triathlete and in decent shape but looking to clean up my diet and improve my overall health.  I haven't bought the books yet but have been doing research and have been using Pinterest until I get the books.  Day 2 I feel good I've been prepping and planning all weekend.  Actually enjoyed my coffee black but im nervous about the weekend and not consuming alcohol.   So far I'm committed :)
