mler Posted January 3, 2017 Share Posted January 3, 2017 Hiya, I am starting the 9th of January. I see it as an 30day experiment because I need to get some balance in my way of eating. I started the 5/2 diet about 2 years ago. I think I am starting to struggle with keeping it balanced. I need a more healthy look on what I put into my body. I am not getting older, so this is the best moment. I fear to have no support of my partner, she is herself struggling with food, but then in overconsumption. I fear to have it difficult with my in between snacking. I am currently reading up through the WHole30 book. And I am getting interested and keen on getting started.
