I am looking for support from anyone who understands the life long battle with food...I am over 50 and it is more difficult for me than ever to stay on track. I did this program a couple of months ago, but failed to adhere to the rules the last week. I realized I felt really deprived and went off track for a while only to realize I really liked the program and need to learn how live eating this way forever. I have spent many years trying to understand what works for me, undertaking many "diets", "programs", exercise, an even joining a weight loss clinic. What I have learned is very helpful, but I thing Whole 30 is something I can do ongoing. Please contact me for accountability, I need to communicate my struggles as they arise so I can change my perspective and grow of wrong thinking.
