Tnuge Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 So this is day 3 for me. I have been having major sugar cravings and headaches. The "Sugar Dragon" has a strong hold but I keep pushing through, though. Had some scrambled eggs with spinach, onions, bell peppers, and bacon in it. Also added some raspberry on the side. Then had some roasted veggies that I prepped last night. I made some zucchini boats stuffed with a sausage, cali rice, and hummus mix for dinner. I am enjoying this reset.
