Vacation and reintroduction!

Hi everyone! 

I just finished my first whole30 and loved it! I love what I'm eating and how I feel. I would love to continuously eat this way and gradually reintroduce foods but in three weeks I'm going on a cruise. I saw the ten day reintroduction but that seems quick. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to introduce foods? Or having delt with a similar issue?
