NSV: Food as comfort or stress management

One of my biggest challenges is finding new ways to comfort myself or manage stress without food.  I walk, nap, browse the forum, drink tea, etc...but i'm struggling to find additional ideas to avoid cravings.  Would love to hear other coping strategies!!

Some kind of a craft works well - one that needs clean hands..... Or try something like tracing your family tree..... Or journalling - this one's particularly good for seeing the patterns/triggers that set you off.
