HELP! Compliant meals at Macaroni Grill

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping you all can help me. I have a mandatory work lunch scheduled for this Friday at Macaroni Grill. I'm thinking of getting the Chicken Under a Brick and subbing the potatoes for the broccoli. Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm already having anxiety about this...

Hi @montezme - it really comes down to asking the restaurant staff to find out about cooking oils, hidden sugars/soy in marinades or rubs, systematic use of butter etc.

Google "Whole30 Dining Out Guide" and there's some extra info there too!
