PeytonsMom
My local co-op carries a brand of fruit spread that is only sweetened by natural fruit juices and dates. It's low sugar overall (6g per serving?). I don't eat spreads on bread normally, and rarely use use spreads or jelly at all, but wondered if its ok to use as an ingredient for a slow cooked roast? More as an accent and not eating it out of the jar or anything.

This sounds really good!!
