Day 4 and I feel GREAT!

I spoke with a Thyroid Diet Coach who informed me that gluten is linked with autoimmune thyroid disorders. I have been diagnosed with Hoshimoto's (very common thyroid disorder) and have decided to try a gluten free diet. It was my boyfriend's friend, who started the WLC challenge and who successfully completed 4 of 8 weeks that made me think maybe I can do more than just go gluten free. Well, it's been 4 days now. I feel good. I do not miss bread, pasta and sweets (as of now). The one thing that's going to get me: beer. I enjoy good, quality beer. In fact, I'm a bit of a beer snob. I know it's going to be hard to resist a great Stone IPA or Sixpoint when I got out with friends! Any suggestions on quality gluten free beer? (For after the challenge, of course!)
