Quiet_Interlude Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 I'm very excited now, I generally am a healthy eater, but I readily look for new ways to push the boundaries of how I eat and how healthy I can become. I'm looking forward to this adventure/challenge and now that the holidays are over, I am thrilled to start this new year re-evaluating my relationship with food! p.s. I'm also really eager to see how I feel on days two and three, the "sugar withdrawal" I endure will tell me a lot about my eating habits and health!
