Leajea Posted January 5, 2017 Share Posted January 5, 2017 Hi y'all, I just started my first Whole30 on January 2. So far so good. No headaches or fatigue. It seems relatively easy but I'm told that's a delusion. Well, there is a challenge coming up. Saturday is a family birthday dinner at a restaurant so I'm not sure what I can eat.
