This will be my second round – the first time, I realized I had gotten a couple of things wrong after 14 days, so I took a break before starting back again.... Anyways, I make my own almond milk at home already. I use one cup of almonds, two dates, and a tablespoon of honey – its what I put in my coffee or latte in the morning. I know I can't have the honey, but I'm wondering about the dates.... I wont be using the dates to replace sugar, as they are just what I already normally put in my almond milk – but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
