Help with Meal 1 (Breakfast)

I am on day 3 and I am not a morning eater. And in the past when I did eat breakfast it was very carb heavy. I have been doing eggs and some Whole30 sausage for breakfast but I'm just not loving it. Any other suggestions? What do you do for Meal 1?

HI! I am on day 12 and struggled the first 6-7 days with eating breakfast. The same foods that were delicious to me at lunch and dinner were unappetizing at breakfast. It was suggested to me by either an advanced member or a moderator to try eating soup. I think they suggested blended soup. I made a big pot of chicken soup that packed with veggies. I have eaten that every morning for the last 6 days. It seems to have helped a lot. I am going to make a blended soup this weekend to eat over the course of the next week. So I guess I am saying try soup : ) The why seems to be related to hormones being out of whack. They explained way better than I am right now. If I can find the thread I will link it here for you.
