LJJ Posted January 8, 2017 Share Posted January 8, 2017 I'm a 60 yr old that recently retired from a 10 hr day desk job. I walk almost every day 3 to 7 miles. I've been a yoyo dieter most of my life. The last 5 years I've done a sugar detox but kept falling back on sugar. Now that I'm not chained to a desk or computer and I have time to exercise and plan for meals I'm excited to "slay the dragon" once and for all!! Thanks!!
