One day a week, he has only a moment between two jobs, and he ends up taking dinner with him in the car. I often make sausage and roast potatoes and roast carrots, which I know would fit the Whole30 plan, but I have served this so many times when we are not doing Whole30, it would be nice to find a new option. If it's the latter, then you can send any sorts of leftovers... I don't own a microwave and don't use one at work so I just eat my foods room temperature and they're just as delicious as hot, just in a different way. If it's something where he has to literally eat while he drives, it's a bit harder. Google 'whole30 brown bag lunch' Whole30 picnic' for some threads with good ideas.
