Lucky0507
So I am on Day 4 of the Whole 30 and had planned to have herbal tea in the morning with my breakfast. Grabbed a box out of the pantry and *read the label* and noticed - eek! There is soy lecithin in there. I had black tea instead which had no additives listed. My question, is herbal tea Whole 30 approved? I checked alllll the boxes of herbal tea in my pantry and ALL of them had soy lecithin. Can anyone help me on this? Thank you in advance... jmcbn
Yep, if you can find one at the store without the soy (or any other non compliant item) then it's fine... Good luck!
Karen Twin-Cities
I've had this problem too. All of the teas in the break room at work have soy except for the black tea but I wanted something for the afternoon on a cold day and didn't want the caffeine.
