The timeline is only a guideline and not everyone experiences each of the symptoms.

That said it could be that you need to tweak your meals a little - especially if you're tired, grumpy, and have a headache. Possible causes could belack of fat, lack of water, lack of salt, lack of starchy veg, or lack of food in general, but without some more detail on what you've been eating it's hard to say.

Give us a run down of what you've eaten over the past 3-4 days, indicating portion sizes as the protein relates to the palm of your hand, along with the volume of veggies & fat. Outline water intake, activity levels, sleep, stress, any pre-existing medical conditions etc & hopefully from there we can cheack you're on the right track....

Thanks for your quick reply, it turned out to be lack of water. I didn't realize I forgot my trusty water bottle at home so my first half of my work day was water free :/

Once I got caught up on my water, boom. Back to feeling good again!
