We loved the results (only focused on the nsv with the kids, they don't even have a clue what they weigh) so much last January that my 10 year old started asking if we could start our next w30 mid December! We waited until after holidays and birthdays, but we are rolling now. The food part hasn't been nearly as difficult this time, but I keep waiting for KATT to pass out of the family! If you're not already, you might make sure you're each having at least one fist-sizedserving of starchy vegetables each day. Did you keep any kind of log last time?
