Day two underway!

Hi there, 

I wanted to reach out and introduce myself! So glad there is a forum for us to share and support one another. I am a complete newbie, and honestly have never eliminated anything from my diet ever, other than alcohol during my pregnancies! Luckily I eat somewhat reasonably, and enjoy whole foods. I know I have problems with sugar, as well as overall bad planning that leads to eating poorly on the run a lot. I have developed some habits into my late thirties that I want to kick to the curb before I turn 40. I am excited to be free from some of the things I "can't live without" Thank god coffee isn't one of them!

My first day was yesterday, and I loved my breakfast, two lunch snacks and delicious dinner my whole family loved. Today I'm off to good start with sweet potato toast, poached egg, bacon, and guacolmole! So good!!! I'm off work due to snow right now, so I will need to be ready when I don't have all the time in the world to prepare the perfect food.
