I have in the past been gluten/sugar free for about 9 months but jumped off the wagon headfirst and haven't been at all healthy since. Here's to starting a new journey! korip Posted January 15, 2017 Author Share Posted January 15, 2017 I ended up not being able to start until yesterday, January 14th. Last week we had our basement flood, had to put our longtime family pet to sleep, and I started my period-yes, that is all part of life, I get that. But I figured in order to give myself the possible chance at success, I needed to wait a couple more days. Yesterday was Day 1, and it went really well!
