jmcbn
Hi there - this topic has come up in the forums quite a bit in the past. the best way to search is via Google - type in 'whole30' + 'your query' (in this case 'crunchy') and you should come up with a number of links to past discussions.... Hope this helps

Please review the rules again and the "Can I Have" document linked in my signature below; specifically related to commercial or deep fried chips. ArtFossil
Eat a delicious chopped salad (I make a Greek type salad) with chopped vegetables and delicious, unpitted Kalamata olives. Cravings are mind games. You don't have to play.
MeadowLily
Had your potassium levels checked lately. One folkaronie has been hooked on salt since childhood. So much so, they'd lick a salt lick meant for the livestock and eat salt by the handfuls. Since then, others have cropped out with the same potassium deficiency. Eat more natural foods with potassium and test yourself to see if the cravings lessen or cease.
