"bulletproof coffee"

Hi! I have many questions about this delicious drink. For the past few days I've been blending 8oz of brewed coffee with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. I've opted out of the ghee. Am I to drink this alone? Or with a protein? Or? Today I drank it with my eggs/kale/mushrooms sweet potato fries. I couldn't finish my meal. I'm currently extremely full. The drink feels extremely decadent...Just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I'd really prefer a mimosa but this coffee will do if I'm aloud.

Yup, BPC is fine and should be used as the fat source of a meal (although you could always add a little extra fat to the plate if desired).
