How much water daily?

1/2 oz per lb body weight, PLUS 2 oz of water for every 1 oz of non-water (juice, milk, coffee, tea, etc).  It is hard to get started but it is just like W30 in that you need to retrain your brain to be thirsty and want water.  I set a goal for myself like I will drink 75 oz of water before I go to bed tonight; it really sucks when you have 30 oz left to drink and it is almost bed time though!

Just for anyone coming along reading this juice is really only to be used for sweetening sauces (or a splash to add a bt of life to some regular water), and we don't recommend anyone drink glasses of the non dairy milk alternatives - again, fine for sauces or for adding to tea/coffee, but pretty hard on the digestive system when consumed in volume.
