Mariwas
I bought this organic brand of balsamic vinegar called "colavita" and it says that it's organic but contains sulfites. Since the vinegar is organic does it mean that the sulfites are naturally occurring? I'm trying to research it but I can't find anything :/
Mariwas
I found out that the sulfites are naturally occurring. But now I just saw that it has 3 grams of sugar... is it non compliant?
jmcbn
If the sugar is listed in the ingredients then yes, this one is out for your Whole30. If it's listed in the nutritional info then no, it is fine. The ingredients list is all you have to be concerned about - that's where you'll see ADDED sugars, rather than naturally occurring ones. Mariwas
It's listed in the nutritional info!! That means it's allowed?!? AMAZING!!
