eglwaernk
I didn't have time to prepare myself lunch this morning before heading to work, so I'm exploring nearby options for Whole30 compliant food chains. We have a HoneyGrow, and the only thing that I've read online is that their made to order salads are great for the Whole30. However, I haven't been able to find any details about the oils they use to cook their meat and vegetables. Does anyone know if everything on their menu (besides the obvious, non-Whole30 compliant items) is okay to eat?
laura_juggles
Your best bet is going to be to ask the restaurant you're going to. If it's a chain, each location may do things differently.
