Completed Day 1 yesterday. Not too bad so far. But man, I was starving this morning! I eat pretty clean to begin with so the whole foods part hasn't been too bad so far. You what I miss though, my dairy. Love my greek yogurt for breakfast with fruit. I'm going to miss that. Now I have eggs , veggies, and bowl of fresh fruit. It's good. Worried, though, when you take out dairy and grains, that doesn't leave too many options for breakfast. I'll need to do some serious recipe hunting ! Also, love coffee, but not black! So, I've switched to tea for the time being because I can drink that black and it tastes good. Hoping for a successful day 21

It's a lot easier if you start to think in terms of meal1, meal2, and meal3, rather than breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Anything you can have for one meal, you can have for any other meal. If you need something fast, cook enough for dinner that you have leftovers, and have those for breakfast. Make a big pot of soup over the weekend and have it for breakfast. There are lots of options.

Do be careful searching for whole30 breakfast recipes, lots of people are trying to replace their pre-whole30 sweet, carb-heavy breakfasts with similar items made with whole30 ingredients. Many of these get into SWYPO territory, and most don't meet the meal template.
