JoyfullyCheryl Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 I'm feeling rather crummy today. My heads hurts, I'm tired and very foggy. I can't decide if it's my diet or something else. I ate a great breakfast, so I don't think it's a blood sugar drop. So far, I haven't felt any of the wonderful things talked about by others on Whole30. My sleep hasn't improved and my hot flashes have actually gotten worse. My energy is not improved and I'm struggling with "The Hardest Days." My only successes are not feeling achy from accidentally eating MSG and feeling rather thinner. I'm hanging in, not giving up, and looking forward to my Tiger Blood!
