Help! I accidently ate something I shouldn't have

I bought a package of Pistachios at the store.  I munched on about 10  while putting away groceries when I wondered why my mouth felt hot. I looked at the package and it said salt and pepper. I shrugged thinkingredients it was ok but then I read the ingredients. Sugar added. What should I do. I'm on day 14. Do I have to start over?

Way back when, in the days of old, everyone had to start over.  There was gnashing of teeth but they were always glad they did.  

You know why?  Because at the end of 30 compliant days, you're so darned proud of yourself for actually making it through every single day.  No one may give you pat on the back but you'll always know in the back of your mind that you made it through. Compliant without complaint.   Only one is needed for diagnostic testing.  Whole 30 is a Food Reset but the satisfaction from pulling yourself up by the bootstraps and getting it done is sooo worth it.
