Hello. Starting January 23

I heard about Whole 30 about a month ago. I ordered the book and read it. I started running again last spring and have lost 50 pounds. I know that I have still been eating too much sugar and I know my eating habits still need some work. 

I need this next week to do the shopping and meal planning for success. I enjoy cooking, but I have to coordinate with cooking for my family.
