korip Posted January 16, 2017 Share Posted January 16, 2017 So-I have read the book from front to back four or five times, I have been making and eating my meals and am enjoying the heck out of it. The "problem" is that I feel really good. Yesterday I did have a nagging headache that I attributed to my change in diet, but I just drank a lot of water and took some ibuprofen. It's gone today, and I am not feeling any of the other things-like, I am not irritable, I am not angry or "bite your face off" like the book said I might....it's just strange. And that is why I am wondering if I am doing something wrong-because I don't feel BAD! Has anyone else felt like this too? I am not complaining, but in the past when I went sugar and gluten free I felt horrible for a week! So I was expecting to feel just as bad, and I am not, so now I am not sure I am doing this right.
