Book Arrives Wednesday - What Should I Do Right Now?

Hi all,

I fell onto this program by accident and was already looking at changing my lifestyle. Completing the 30 challenge will help me begin a new lifestyle.

The book arrives on Wednesday, and I'd like to get started right off the bat. Can anyone give me a basic grocery list that I can begin following for Thursday? I want and need so badly to change my lifestyle that I'm prepared to throw away all of the prepared/crap foods that are already in my kitchen. I'm so tired of being fatigued, obses, sluggish, having so many physical and mental issues. If I don't stop this way of living now, I'll be dead long before I should be.

So... any thoughts on a jump on grocery shopping? I'm ready to do this.
