3 meals and 2 snacks if working out?

Hi it's  ShayZ..  So oooooooo is this right on workout days there is a pre n post snack too..  Any ideas or suggestions  from my experienced W30 family? I guess I  have to keep in mind season and availability here in the land of the frozen chosen!

Yes, that's right.

Pre-workout, have protein and fat. Doesn't have to be a lot. Could be a hard boiled egg with a little mayo, for instance, or whatever you have left over.

Post-workout, have lean protein and starchy vegetables. Just a few bites of each. Chicken or tuna and so.easy sweet potato, for instance.
