Any ideas or suggestions from my experienced W30 family? I guess I have to keep in mind season and availability here in the land of the frozen chosen! Could be a hard boiled egg with a little mayo, for instance, or whatever you have left over. Post-workout, have lean protein and starchy vegetables. Just a few bites of each.
