Brave New World: First Whole 30

Just started my first Whole30 yesterday. I was originally supposed to start at the new year, but Dad passed away unexpectedly. Currently, I am at 300 pds and need to make a lifestyle change. Determined to make this change.


Did meal prep on Sunday for green juices for breakfast all week. I know they are not recommended, but I have never been a breakfast person. Working my way up to solid meals. Recipe for green juice includes, spinach, celery, cucumber, pear, apple, kiwi, and a squeeze of lime juice. Lunch yesterday and today has been spinach leaves with baked boneless skinless chicken and tessamae's zesty ranch dressing. And 10 cashews.

Dinner last night was chicken with a half a sweet potato with a little ghee, steamed green beans, and a tangerine.


Gonna keep this train moving :D
