Starting January 30, 2017

I just found out about the Whole30 program this week and though I want to just jump right in, I want to follow the program and at least adhere to the planning stage; thus, I am committing to starting in January 30.  Although I want to start at the beginning of a month, I am choosing January 30th instead of Feb 1st, because it is a Monday and I would be able to have time for meal prep on a Sunday.  

I have been through several diet/weight loss programs which all left me feeling like a big failure. This time, I just want to commit and simple focus on becoming the healthiest version of me before I turn 40 in July. 

I will be doing this solo, but I hope to find friends with whom I can travel through this journey together.
