Starting Jan 25 and fearing a last minute binge. Help!

I have been eating really well the past 3 weeks or so and usually do - between binges. I know I shouldn't and they say it passes in a couple minutes but I'm finding myself plotting what I could get away with. Such as a beer which would be a HUGE no-no for me. Add Ladies Days into the mix and I'm a pre-Whole30 mess.

Don't do it! Seriously!  Invest in your future self and leave the binging alone... the amount of suck that you feel in your first week of Whole30 is directly correlated to what you have eaten in the past... if you are eating well now and pretty close to Whole30, don't punish your future self by consuming a bunch of gut disruptive stuff ... seriously... don't do it!
