Garlic Indigestion

During this round of whole30 I've figured out that I'm very sensitive to garlic. Today has been especially rough. I can't stop burping garlic and my mouth tastes awful. In the past, I'd eat more or chew gum to fix this problem, but we know that's not the answer.  Does anyone have this problem, what did you do?

Garlis as a high FODMAP food and lots of people struggle with it. The answer is to switch to garlic infused oil.... If the digestive system settles quickly you might find you can test how much garlic you can tolerate - we each have our own threshold. Or you may find that you're fne with it chopped or whole rather than crushed.... Personally I can;t tolerate powdered garlic at all, but can now tolerate 1 or 2 cloves chopped in an entire dish (rather than the 3-5 crushhed I was using previously!)
