Reintroduction - any benefit to 2 days on, 2-3 days off?

I'm on Day 21, but am planning reintroduction now because I'll be traveling during that time.  I'm wondering if there is any benefit to eating reintroduction foods for two days, instead of just one?  And if so, should I then only do 2 days "off", or extend that to 3?  I just want to be sure to give my body the chance to react to each food category, and I've seen some writing that says it might take the body a few days to show signs of reaction.
