In the Whole 30, unless you are already an athlete, exercising regularly isn't really addressed. I have never been into exercising, but I do walk to and from work most days (20 minutes each day). I'm also a teacher so I'm on my feet for most of the day. Should I be also implementing a regular routine at the gym on top of this? Any advice is appreciated!

You should go to the gym and exercise or get some workout DVDs or build a home powerlifting rig if it's something that you want to do. Regular exercise isn't going to make or break your Whole30. The program was designed to work for people who do exercise regularly and those who don't.

So it's totally up to you.
