ArtFossil Posted January 24, 2017 Share Posted January 24, 2017 You can't have gum on a Whole30. Just swallow, swallow, swallow (mouth closed) during takeoff and landing. laura_juggles Posted January 24, 2017 Share Posted January 24, 2017 You can practice this before you fly, but if you can consciously drop the back of your jaw, it will trigger you to yawn which will pop your ears. My ears, due to structural abnormalities, aren't able to pop on their own so I've tried pretty much everything. The yawning works consistently.
