Travelling for Work

We were lucky to have a block of time to start the Whole30 but there are other blocks of time we are gone for 30+ Days. Since we plan to continue on the Whole30 we are trying to learn how to adapt. We are lucky that we drive virtually everywhere so we can probably pack a few more things than one on a plane. Wish you the best of luck. We love this program & think it will be key to not only NOT GAINING weight while traveling but hopefully even losing weight. We love the non-scale victories as well (ie less aches & pains, more energy...)
