After all, we're not really supposed to snack and all these jerkies and coconut and epic bars and pili nuts...well, aren't they all snacks? laura_juggles Posted January 26, 2017 Share Posted January 26, 2017 You can chop those things up and put them on top of salads or roasted vegetables for texture. Or on soups. They're a great thing to have if you've got to fly somewhere during your Whole30 just in case, but you can definitely get creative and use them in your meals.
