Just feeling blah...

Hey guys so it's day 6 and I just feel blah or meh like I'm not craving anything to be completely honest I have no appetite! I don't snack I just eat my 3 meals and even then I'm almost forcing myself to eat sometimes... I know my sleep isn't the best but I have a 4 month old baby who gets up to eat every 3-4 hours and my partner doesn't help at night... I keep getting head aches in the mornings as well! Could it just be like a withdrawal from sugar? Just added info I'm not breastfeeding and I've increased my water intake to half my body weight in oz's which is a lot of water!
