Improvisational Cook Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Started today, well, really last night. I find I feel more focused, have less cravings during the day, and have more energy already. Is that anyone else's experience? Hungry now (it's late - and maybe my dinner didn't have enough fats) - had to grocery shop after dinner. Doing that without snacking was a new experience. That's the report.
