Snacking

Ok guys, talk to me about your snacks. I know that Whole30 encourages no snacking and I've been pretty good about that. But I usually have an apple or banana with lunch and I didn't today because we ate out (first time! And it wasn't bad!!). I'm a little hungry, but don't think I could eat a whole meal. Is eating an apple this afternoon ok? Am I just overthinking this??

Try to make a"snack" a mini-meal if you can, with protein, veggies, fat. Or at least 2 of the 3. So, an Apple with a hard boiled egg or something like that. But, you're fine, no need to over think! I often eat a small handful of olives and a few bites of a protein like meatballs.
