Any fruits. Most people limit their fruits to a serving a day or so and some eat no fruit because it gives them too much of a sugar hit.

For the best results, eat fruit as part of your meal, not as a snack, and don't let it crowd the veggies off your plate.

What fruits are ok?  I have been eating banana, grapes, and pineapple - to keep me happy...

What do you mean by 'to keep me happy'.  If you're using these fruits to placate your sugar dragon, it is not the appropriate or recommended use of fruit.  Your body doesn't actually understand the difference between a snickers bar or a banana when it comes to throwing a tantrum until you give it sugar...

I am aware of the way sugar breaks down in your body.  My point - it states fruit is allowable, but I have seen no other specifics on it.  Typically berries are allowable on cleanses that actually allow fruit.

No where in my response to you did I state that fruit was not allowed.  I was questioning what 'to keep me happy' meant.
