I'm not officially doing my Whole30 until February 19 due to some out-of-town trips, etc., planned before then. However, I have been following the plan as closely as possible since the beginning of the year and I've lost 12 pounds and feel so much better (even though I've probably been overdoing it on fruit...I honestly don't think it's a sugar thing...I just really like fruit). I'm starting to think I may have gluten sensitivity, but then again, it could be dairy causing the stomach and headache problems I was having. At any rate, I look forward to completing a "real" Whole30 toward the middle of March and then determining through reintroduction what was causing my problems. I haven't missed sugar, dairy or grains nearly as much as I thought I would, so I feel really confident completing the 30 days with no problems.
