Pear at lunch, tired now. FODMAPs?

So at lunch I had squid salad and a large pear.  I felt sort of bloated after (maybe it was too much, not sure).  I'm now a little tired and its about an hour later.  I had quite a bit of energy before lunch.  Could I just be bored?  But I swear I think its the pear (and it rhymes).  I didn't eat a pear with the salad yesterday and I was fine.  Energetic to the point of being a little annoying.  I read about FODMAPs and wondered if anyone had some thoughts about that or experiences with it.  Thanks!
