cottagequeen
If I'm already having results from meals 1 and 2? Had some Braggs liquid animals on my eggs then black eyed peas with pork chop. Feel like a wrung out dish rag and a mild headache too. Don't know that I can stomach more legumes today...
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted February 1, 2017 Moderators Share Posted February 1, 2017 No, if you already are having a negative reaction, you don't need to have more. Be sure you go back to Whole30 eating for at least two days before you reintroduce something else -- and if you're still not feeling great after two days, you may want to wait longer, although hopefully it won't take that long. cottagequeen
Thanks! That's what I was thinking, but just wanted it verified. I knew legumes and I weren't on good terms, but this time is much worse than previously. So happy to have a legume free meal 3! Since posting this, I've become bloated, gained an inch in my waist since I did my post whole30 measurements. Burping and indigestion too... bye bye legumes! aprilb
Same here! PB with breakfast and hummus with lunch and I am SUPER nauseated after my afternoon workout! I want to cry!
cottagequeen
Hang in there! Now we know just how nasty they have treated us in the past...
aprilb
@cottagequeen It is crazy. After both rounds of Whole30 I've been SUPER sensitive to every little thing (see my post in this forum) and my husband actually said tonight that I need to be careful to not become a hypochondriac. Back to straight up Whole30 tomorrow.
