Start date 1/9/17. Finding numerous successes already

Day 25 of my whole 30 and already finding so many health improvements.  Less arthritis pain.  Less tendonitis.  I can stand for longer period of time without foot and leg pain.  My cravings are gone!!!!!  I started my first diet at the age of 10.  Doctor approved calorie counting diet plus a prescriptions for amphetamines and I was on my 48 year crazy diet cycle.  Low calorie.  Low carb.  Every diet.  Crazy.  231 pounds down to 150.  Back up to 220 and then down to 165.  Back up to 212 and then down to 185.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  What is the definition of insanity?  Yeah!!!  I was there.  Introduced to the Whole 30 in December.  I am so excited.  I have a new lease on life.  If you have not started, start your whole 30 now.
