Kc17
I feel like I learned a lot of the catch words to look for on a lot of products to avoid added sugars, fake sugars, or highly processed items but dairy labels seem to be different. I want to reintroduce dairy (specifically greek yogurt and cottage cheese). What are the catch words to look for to try to avoid highly processed dairy items? Thanks!! jmcbn
I'd be looking out for carrageenan in dairy, any type of sugar/sweetener (dairy has enough of it's own natural sugars that it shouldn't require sweetening), and anything I can't pronounce, or have never heard of, or soy. Or corn starch - but that's a personal thing.
